Our opportunities
We are looking for:
A candidate or a couple to take over while we travel in 2025/2026.
We have a nice hostel in the Quebec City area, and we are planning to travel from mid September to mid December 2025 and from mid January to end of May 2026.
During this period, we are looking for someone (es-es) who will live in the hostel to work with our already experienced team. The tasks are simple and stress-free, in a pleasant atmosphere. It involves welcoming guests, answering questions, helping with housekeeping.
Your training will begin in the summer so that you are ready and comfortable in your living and working environment when we leave. During the summer, a work schedule will be established with you so that you can enjoy our beautiful region.
During your training, you will be accommodated alternately in a private room at the hostel and/or in our personal Loft. When we are traveling, you will stay in our Loft.
The working hours are on average 36 hours per week and you must sleep at the hostel every night, in order to comply with the insurer's requirements.
If necessary, you can contact our manager who lives 5 minutes from the hostel at any time.
You will be provided with room and board in addition to a salary of $450 (before deductions) per week. A bicycle will be made available to you and we can discuss the possibility of you being able to use the car occasionally.
You must speak French and be good at English.
